How to Shift Your Mindset to Love Yourself (A Video Interview)

Some women walk in boldness and love the skin they’re in.

On the other hand, some women struggle with loving themselves for one reason or another. Usually, the way they feel about themselves is a direct result of how their lives were impacted by their experiences growing up.

If you think about it some women’s past hold dark secrets, such as abuse, which carry a lot of pain. In that pain is where their low self-esteem, self-hatred, and lack of confidence are found.

Then, there are those who develop an insecurity, for whatever reason, as they go about their lives. It could come from things said to them, how they compare themselves to others, and how the media plants ideas in their heads about what beauty is and what it should look like.

Whatever the case, many suffer with not loving themselves.

My guest, Laila Latisha, will be talking to you about how to shift your mindset to love yourself, so you can live your best life.
